Membership is open to everybody irrespective of race, tribe, religion, nationality, political leanings etc. Members are expected to offer unlimited services, their skills, expertise for the course to which they have freely subscribed. KUDOC is a charitable organization. Most of her members are volunteers and render free services to the organization. Its activities are not for profit making and members and would-be members do not and should not expect any payment or remunerations.

KUDOC membership is valid for one year after which it is lost, if not renewed through fresh contributions.

There are two categories of member: Full (active) and Associate Members.
These are registered members that contribute annually towards maintaining their membership. They can be voted for and have voting rights in KUDOC General Assembly.
They engage in the activities of the organization. They are registered and have good financial standing with KUDOC. They do not have voting rights in KUDOC General Assembly but are allowed to participate in its debates.

Benefit from KUDOC information services for the members are:
  • Have free access to KUDOC organized training programmes, workshops, seminars etc.

Donations
You can help keep a Kid in School or Sponsor a project by making a secure donation using Paypal or your Debit/Credit Card
KUDOC is also actively seeking volunteer services especially in the areas of training and grant proposal writing.
Orphan Programmes
Each year KUDOC receives constant requests from orphan kids asking for assistance to meet up with schooling requirements. For example, a fifty dollar ($50) donation will take care of the primary school needs of an orphan kid for one academic year. Click here for more info ...
Electricity Schemes

Road Excavation
Farm-to-market roads in rural communities within Bui Division are seriously underdeveloped. Good farm-to-market roads can go a long way in improving the livelihood of the farmers by allowing them to move their produce to the markets.
